•Inventory your property, appraise your valuables, i.e. jewelry, artwork, antiques
•Clean, organize and display all items to their full potential
•Identify, price and label merchandise at fair-market value (Items are priced according to current market valuations, taking into consideration professional appraisals and peripheral market factors, thus enhancing the best possible outcome for your sale.)
•Advertise in local newspapers and online, notify buyers via mailing lists and otherwise promote your sale to the widest possible market
•After the sale, the premises will be cleaned of all debris, vacuumed, garbage disposed of and property secured.
