Tables setup with contents artfully displayed so as stimulate buyers
Cleaning, Setup, Trash removal & organizing fee (reimbursed)
Professional directional signs strategically placed to better navigate to your sale
Provide professional, knowledgeable on site staff during sale
Collecting funds (cash, credit & debit) and paying sales taxes (required by state)
Cece’s Closet pays for all permits, online advertisements, credit card charges, additional flyers and neighbor letters (as needed), day of sales staff and undercover security
Online mailing list (in the thousands), newspaper advertising (reimbursed)
End or sale we offer a buy-out option and/or unsold items be donated to a local 501C non-profit organization and the Client/Executor/POA receiving tax-deductible receipt
Location will be left empty, clean of debris and ready for new owners
Inventory of all items sold more than $25.00
Final check mailed to the Client/Executor/POA on or before 10 business days following final sale date
